  24. Craig not sure if this is the answer but you might check. I have found that in
  25. some cases if you activate Print Manager (open it) it is sitting there with a
  26. dialog box asking you if your envelope is loaded. All you have to do is click
  27. the OK Box if this is the case. I have run into this with WFW.
