- is too large, too complex, and too inequitable. Moreover, the laws on the
- books are both unjust and vaguly written--stuffed with Orwellian phrases like
- "unfair," "anticompetative" etc. which have no real meaning and therefore
- can be twisted into applying to about any sitation if you can afford enough
- twisty lawyers.
