  50. Phil, go look at the size of Building 8.  Now go inside and count the number
  51. of lawyers in there.  Microport had a total of 22 people in the entire
  52. company - no lawyers.  The lawyer we contacted told us the legal costs to
  53. fight MS would be in the range of tens of millions of dollars.  Our total
  54. capitalization was only 1.5 million.  Now you tell me how we could fight a
  55. bully that big!
  56. (For those of you that do not live in Redmond, Building 8 use to be
  57. Corporate headquarters buildin, but now is used to house the legal staff.
  58. It is a vary large building.)
