  11. If you're desperate for GW news like me, perhaps you'll find this
  12. interesting.  There's a half page ad for GW Pro in Quicknews (newsletter
  13. from Intuit for Quicken users).  Since there's a Windoze version of
  14. Quicken, that leads to the faint hope this leading software will come out
  15. with a GW version.  On the other hand, the bottom half of the page is an ad
  16. for Prodigy.  :<

  18. On another front (equally desperate), I learned today that Novell recently
  19. hired several tech support people in the DR DOS division.  Perhaps this
  20. means there's a new version coming, with DOS multitasking for GW.  On the
  21. other hand, tech support at DR was rumored to have been well below Novell's
  22. standards, so the hiring may have been only to support 6.0 until MS is done
  23. digesting DR's lunch.
