- You should *not* be able to load GEOS.INI into the notepad, because any time
- you're running GEOS, it really *is* in use - it's the configuration for GEOS,
- basically. If you want to edit it, drop out of GEOS, and use a DOS-based
- editor to edit it, then re-run GEOs. No reinstall needed.
