  33. SIMTEL20 allows only nine ANONYMOUS FTP logins during weekday
  34. prime time, 5am to 3pm Mountain Time (GMT-7), but 27 otherwise.

  44. OAK.Oakland.Edu is the most up-to-date mirror because I maintain it,
  45. in addition to my duties at SIMTEL20.  I run OAK's mirror program
  46. whenever new files are added at SIMTEL20.

  86. Do not include a signature because it confuses the server.  If you
  87. have xxdecode, you may wish to specify XXENCODE instead of UUENCODE to
  88. avoid character translation problems.
