  25. PC Tools actually uses a graphical display mode to show its screens unless
  26. you tell it not to; I'm guessing Norton does the same thing.  DV doesn't 
  27. support these, so when it converts to the regular font/attributes, blinking
  28. and/or other wierdness results.  I believe that PC Tools can be configured
  29. to not use this feature; not sure about Norton.  Use PCCONFIG, Display
  30. options, to set the display to Text Mode instead of Graphics Mode.  This
  31. should work.
