- I know you have a UART, else you would not have a serial port at all.

- The last one is set in Setup, Tune Performance, very first two items
- on the menu. The default should be OK for your system, but you may
- want to set it to something like 2 and 1, rather than 4 and 2.

- Yes, no, and yes.

- DV/X does not swap programs out to disk, which is why the second one
- is 'no.' Optimize Communications in DV/X is called Fast Serial I/O,
- and it is also on the Tune Performance menu of the setup program.
