  13.  What are the most recent (reliable) libraries and stuff for GCC and
  14. so on?  I am using GCC 2.2.2d and my libraries are 4.1.  I tried
  15. putting lib4.2 stuff on my system and had just a few big errors.  So...
  16. What are the most recent versions and what do I need to do to update
  17. to them?
