  12. Since I didn't receive any responses to my previous post, I'll
  13. rephrase and repost :

  15. I've got ftp and telnet running on my network, albeit only with
  16. numeric IP addresses.

  18. I've been trying to get a nameserver running locally, but I can't
  19. get the contents of the named.* files right. The named daemon always
  20. boots with 'no root nameserver for class 1'. I've read all README and
  21. FAQ files, but they are somewhat confusing in places.

  23. Since I'd like to know whether I am doing something wrong or something
  24. is wrong with the tcp/ip package I would greatly appreciate somebody
  25. mailing or posting the named.* files for a simple 2-station isolated
  26. network with a local nameserver.
