  13.    I've been experimenting with Linux, and I was wondering if this was 
  14. possible/done/tried...

  16.    I want to get a 486-66DX/2 with local bus, a FAST video card, and a
  17. FAST network card. Now I want to do two things with this Workstation:

  19.    I want to setup a file server w/NFS mounts for MS-DOS systems. Essentially
  20. a shared database, shared program space, etc. Whatever we decide to use
  21. it for.
  22.    Second purpose: I want to run a mud on it. (Don't worry, I am crazy) I want
  23. to run a LPMUD (MudOS or Lars 3.1.2), but I can't get the code to compile.
  24. Anyone who has tried/done it, please tell me how it works...
