  31. Sorry, but the difference between a 'programmer' and a 'software
  32. engineer' is about the same as the difference between any other kind
  33. of engineer and a good technician in the same field.  A lot of 'real
  34. engineers' who don't understand what software engineering is about
  35. produce execrable software.
