  41. Is there any E-Mail address for Congress? I was told by Senator Paul
  42. Simon's Office that The U.S. Congress has email communication 
  43. internally among Congress but that the public is NOT ALLOWED to
  44. have access to it.
  45. I want to be able to send E-Mail to Simon's Office. Does anyone
  46. know of any way to do so?
  47. It seems archaic that there is no electronic access via email for
  48. the public to the U.S. Congress.
