  13. It's seems like such an odd discussion. Aren't we all
  14. anonymous? Do you have a clue who I am? Even after you
  15. finger me? How much do we ever know about anyone? Even
  16. after we meet them personally?

  18. And I'm pretty sure I could get an account on any public
  19. system with any name I wanted to use. All the easier on
  20. one of the free-nets or bbs.oit.unc.edu. When I signed
  21. up for the WELL, I don't think they did anything more
  22. than verify that my credit card number was valid.
