- spout off without thinking if they were not held more accountable (i.e.,
- identifiable). And btw, it's "non sequitur".

- A lot of what you are saying (and some of what I am saying) is just
- making assumptions from a very few cases. I'm going to see if I
- can scare up a real, live Well policy maker...
