  25. So how does he insure the car? If his rates are based upon the out of state
  26. location then the insurance company will take a dim view if it is driven
  27. constantly in a higher rate area. If he has a claim (esp a Big one) the
  28. first thing they will do is check to see if they can deny coverage.
