  23. You have told (or the sysadmin told) Elm that the pager to use is
  24. /usr/local/bin/less.  Thus elm is trying to use it.

  26. Do you have a PAGER environment variable?
  27. Do you have an $(LIBDIR)/elm.rc file with pager = /usr/local/bin/less
  28. Do you have a ~/.elm/elmrc file with pager = /usr/local/bin/less
