  12. I am a relatively new user of ARC/INFO and I am having
  13. difficulty moving images created in ARC to DOS programs
  14. to edit for presentation.  It is an additional problem,
  15. as our labs only color plotter isn't attached to the Sun.
  16.  
  17. I create the map in ARC on a Sun Unix platform using
  18. ARCPLOT and DISPLAY 1040 (EPS, Adobe Ill. and all 3 CGM).
  19. I then use UNIX2DOS and have tried to import files into 
  20. CorelDraw, Harvard Grafics, Freelance, and Charisma. The 
  21. only one I have any success with is Charisma, and that
  22. only works for some files.  I get illegal file format or
  23. similar errors with the other programs.  These errors
  24. typically occur very early in transfer.  Any suggestions on
  25. solving this would be appreciated.  Thanks
