  16.     We're involved in an urban transport GPS development here, and
  17.     need some advice on GPS accuracy and methods of correcting 
  18.     positional error on urban road maps.

  20.     Have you come across any software (shareware/product/algorithm)
  21.     that regurarly approximates an approximate position to a position
  22.     on a rodway?

  24.         We would like to implement a cost-effective system using algorithms
