- You need the rtm.exe and dpmi16bi.ovl files that are contained within the
- dta18c.zip program. Check archie for these, or for any recent release of
- DTA18*.zip. These have recently been on wustl.wuarchive.edu under
- /pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS and on the faramir and avalon ftp sites (don't have
- addr handy).
