  24. You need the rtm.exe and dpmi16bi.ovl files that are contained within the
  25. dta18c.zip program.  Check archie for these, or for any recent release of
  26. DTA18*.zip.  These have recently been on wustl.wuarchive.edu under
  27. /pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS and on the faramir and avalon ftp sites (don't have
  28. addr handy).
