  13. I'm looking for a GOOD program for the PC that converts Grey scale
  14. pics into 1-bit B&W (line art) pics.  I'm using Photo Styler, but I
  15. am VERY unhappy with the dithering/halftoning!

  17. Paint Shop Pro seems pretty good, any better suggestions?
