  19. vx386 v1.2 is a gif/jpeg/targa viewer for the Diamond Speedstar 24X.
  20. It runs in 32bit protected mode using a DPMI compliant dos extender.  It
  21. has extensive interactive slideshow capabilities and is very fast.  It will
  22. decode the next image in a slideshow to an offscreen buffer while you
  23. view the current image.  It supports the 24 and 15 bit modes of the 24X
  24. as well as the 256 color modes (640x400 and above).  It requires a 24X,
  25. a 386sx or better cpu, and 2 megs free extended memory.  It can be run
  26. in a fullscreen dos session under windows.
