  39. If you use bang paths, substitute your nearest neighbor which is also
  40. on the Internet for uunet in the examples above.  Some examples are:
  41. ames, decvax, decwrl, harvard, hplabs, nosc, rutgers, sharkey, sun,
  42. ucbvax, ucsd, udel, uw-beaver, wuarchive.

  53. These commands should be sent as the body of a regular email message.
  54. Do not include a signature because it confuses the server.  If you
  55. have xxdecode, you may wish to specify XXENCODE instead of UUENCODE to
  56. avoid character translation problems.
