  19. LIB19.ZIP is a large collection of routines, procedures, and user designed
  20. functions for dBASE IV.  Librarian Ken Mayer has assembled and maintains
  21. the library, which includes code for message and screen handling, color
  22. processing, string manipulation, date handling, field handling,
  23. conversions, time, finance, array handling, trigonometry, navigation,
  24. statistics, file handling, and more.  This is a great collection.
