  19.  I think the Reform Party panders to people's fears by posing real
  20.  problems and offering simpistic solutions. It has deliberately
  21.  made itself attractive to bigots, which is not to say that everyone
  22.  who would vote for it is a bigot. During the referendum campaign it
  23.  showed itself to be quite comfortable with the politics of sleaze and
  24.  deceit.
  25.  Like Social Credit, it will hang out on the fringe and then wither
  26.  away.
