- The problem always comes in when a customer uses his local DOS expert to
- configure and purchase the hardware for 'less'. It's oftem difficult to jump
- in and knock the competition but we state our case anyway and then let the
- custome stew after his choice is less money. They still blame us for not being
- forceful enough in making our point as they 'really' didn't understand what we
- were trying to say.

- Too bad. If they want something that works they should listen to people who
- sell the stuff that works not the stuff that's simply cheap. In the end they
- ALWAYS pay more anyway.
