  17.  Last summer when I was "over there," my converter box did not blow up,
  18. but it didn't get my curling iron very hot either.  All but one of the
  19. hotels we stayed in had built-in hair dryers, which I wound up using b/c
  20. the converter wouldn't allow my dryer to get hot enough, nor would it
  21. allow the fan to blow full blast.  Wonder if there is a converter/adapter
  22. that falls somewhere between explosion and wimpy?
