Dear Neal
Thank you for your package - I got all of it (28 entries) - it looks
like a different list from the one I got in my search. I just
wonder if your Medline is only up to 1989 - I wonder if this is merely
a computer artefact and can be corrected for in some way. As you know,
in this field changes happen rapidly and the more up to date, the better.
I guess the other topic I would search if I had access to Medline is
anesthesia, general, though it is such a huge topic that it may be
difficult. (Another modifier might be  cardiology/heart and/or nervous
system/brain...I am concerned about it as I have never undergone the
process and have some reason to believe that there is cause for being
concerned about possible complications.)
        I am sorry if this puts you out and gives you more work on a day when
everyone is thinking about partying, but believe me, what you are
doing is a great help and I really appreciate it.
