  14. :look way too odd. Also, you don't include glossaries or footnotes in
  15. :translated novels, with very few exceptions.

  17. As I said, you have to start a brillian new trend of 'Directors Cut'
  18. novels *with* copious footnotes and glossary to be sold after the
  19. initial sales start to die down...
