- Curls are done when you hold a dumbbell in your hand, palm-side up, and
- flex your arm towards and away from your head. The biceps are the primary
- beneficiaries of this exercise, but the triceps also get a little work.
- You can curl standing, with arms at sides, or seated, with arms in front
- of you on a table or other support.
