  15. Exacty what it is varies.  It's rice cooked with various other stuff that
  16. makes it look dirty.  Some versions use chicken gizzards as a main ingredient.
  17. Others use chicken livers and sausage.  The recipe in -White Trash Cooking-
  18. uses ground beef.  Most include onion, garlic, tobasco, and sometimes other
  19. spices.
