- Exacty what it is varies. It's rice cooked with various other stuff that
- makes it look dirty. Some versions use chicken gizzards as a main ingredient.
- Others use chicken livers and sausage. The recipe in -White Trash Cooking-
- uses ground beef. Most include onion, garlic, tobasco, and sometimes other
- spices.
