  26. The stores here usually stay open until about 6 on Christmas Eve...as I
  27. know all too well, since I'm usually there.  :-)
  28. Having children around at Christmas does make it more enjoyable...we're
  29. going to have a wonderful time for Patricia's first Christmas, but at five
  30. months and 18 days, she may miss some of the excitement.  She'll also miss
  31. her Mattel Melody Lights Go Round, the one toy I really wanted to get for
  32. her...all the other eager grandmamas obviously got there first.
