  19. It is a FREE service that I undertook to keep the BWP's in touch during
  20. uga's outages (split water pipes, etc). Some of abovementioned BWP's are
  21. ingrates, however and choose to ridicule the limitations of my little
  22. mailer, which is overtasked during such exigencies. I may have to
  23. discontinue the E.L.S. entirely, cause the last round of messages almost
  24. brought it to its knees this morning when someone bounced 972 times,
  25. jamming the net manager's account and rendering the mailer impossible to
  26. log into. If I ever get my mythical unix box, I may make the E.L.S. a
  27. publicly available feature, until then, eleetness rules.
