  23. There's no easy answer to that one. I'm thinking of okthe kinds of beliefs,
  24. such as Hitler's on Racial Purity, that turn off a lot of different people
  25. for a lot of different reasons. The standard is fairly common, even if the
  26. reasons for holding it are quite diverse. Similarly, there are commonly
  27. held standards or parameters for what is desireable, things like "life,
  28. liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" which lots of different people
  29. go along with, for lots of different reasons.
