- This is one of the problems w/ affirmative action--companies pat themselves
- on the back for hiring women and minorities, while able to get away w/
- paying them a lower salary. But you *know* Steve, that the real source
- for this is that women in 'traditionally female' jobs make less than
- women in 'traditionally male' jobs.
