  18. This is one of the problems w/ affirmative action--companies pat themselves
  19. on the back for hiring women and minorities, while able to get away w/
  20. paying them a lower salary.  But you *know* Steve, that the real source
  21. for this is that women in 'traditionally female' jobs make less than
  22. women in 'traditionally male' jobs.
