  18. This may sound a bit brain-damaged, but if none of the fonts you get satisfy
  19. you, MAKE ONE!
  20. The way I do it, is using the font editor module from Borland's RW.  If you
  21. don't have BC++ or didn't install RW, you can also try the font accessories
  22. you get with Adobe font packs.  I don't have a PostScript printer or use ATM,
  23. so I dont have any of them,but I gathered there is a utility in there that
  24. rasterizes (i.e. makes bitmap) any adobe type 1 font to create a .FON file.  If
  25. that is true, all you have to do is create a Courier font sized to please.
