  11. Sorry, if this has been asked before, but I have a problem running
  12. Windows.  The machine is a home built 486/33 with no hardware problems
  13. yet identified.

  15. It has become impossible to resize a window or to move a window.  The
  16. windows just get stuck in the upper left hand corner.  More accurately,
  17. you can only resize the windows in large increments up and down.  You
  18. can maximize and minimize, but you can't really get anything in between.
  19. This used to work (I move windows by grabbing the menu bar).  I have no
  20. problems on the other machines I use.  I have tried changing the video
  21. driver and reinstalling Windows 3.1.  No luck.  Anyone have any ideas?
  22. Could it be a hardware glitch?
