  16. Good question!  One which I don't know the answer to.  :-)

  18. However had I thought about this a bit sooner I would have
  19. modified ny interpretation as to, "a person could be impeached
  20. of a crime even if he has been pardoned by the President for the
  21. same crime."

  23. The bottom line is that the president is not given the power
  24. to pardon an impeachable crime.

  26. Of course this is what I think would have been more logical and
  27. obviously has no relation to reality, so you may not take it
  28. very seriously.  :-)
