  16.         Abuse of children usually results in charges of assualt, domestic
  17. violence and battery.

  19.         For example, a 20 year old man threw his 6 week old son and shook him
  20. violently.  This happened over at least a two week period.  When the infant was
  21. finally taken to the hospital, it had broken ribs, arms, wrists, multiple
  22. concussions, bleeding in the skull, ...

  24.         The father was charged with assault, domestic violence (and if the
  25. infant dies) murder.

  27.         The man said he was agitated because the infant was crying all the
  28. time.
  29.         Sick sick sick sick sick.  No kidding the infant was crying all the
  30. time.  It had broken bones!
