  13. Actually, this posting is an example of the kind of "apples and oranges" logic
  14. which shows up in these discussions.  The fact that heterosexual couples do, in
  15.  general, make better parents for children, doesn't mean that ALL heterosexual
  16. couples make better parents.  (Incidentally, the Chicago incident is more appro
  17. priately defined as child neglect, versus child abuse.)  Uncle Ernie
