- I would suggest Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), but I haven't thought out which
- department he should head. His district is safe enough for a Democrat, but his
- minor scandal over consorting with a male prositute (before he came out) might
- damage his chances for confirmation. Also, Clinton may want to keep his wit in
- Congress, where it isn't as potentially damaging.
