  23. Hey--if the government is willing to pay me $10,000,000 to buy out my
  24. business, I don't care who they hire.  As long as it is MY business,
  25. shouldn't I be able to hire whom I want to hire?  And since when does
  26. Congress have the right to tell me differently?
