  14. Ramon, try taking some reading comprehension courses. Nowhere in my
  15. post did I state a need for welfare programs, I said that they should
  16. be dismantled. Would you care to cite some relevant items  from history
  17. that address the issue at hand? My proposal was to leave it up to the
  18. individual, many people are happy to help others. Do you see this as
  19. foolish or just what is your complaint?What should we learn from history
  20. in regard to helping the less fortunate?
