- Ramon, try taking some reading comprehension courses. Nowhere in my
- post did I state a need for welfare programs, I said that they should
- be dismantled. Would you care to cite some relevant items from history
- that address the issue at hand? My proposal was to leave it up to the
- individual, many people are happy to help others. Do you see this as
- foolish or just what is your complaint?What should we learn from history
- in regard to helping the less fortunate?
