  25.         Same old tired wish... Try to read some history. Try to look at
  26. places like the Philippines, El Salvador, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
  27. Almost 3/4ths of humanity are "less fortunate than ourselves". Why do you
  28. think the welfare program in a rich nation was necessary in the first
  29. place?
