  24. What about Japan?  Their rise to international economic dominance was due
  25. mainly to Government involvement to restrict the money supply, to give large
  26. subsidies to favoured companies, to place hefty tariffs on imports.  Is it
  27. just a coincidence that since the Japanese were forced to relax their economic
  28. policy that they have slid into recession?
