  12. Did you receive the manual "Network Printer Interface For
  13. Novell Networks" with the JetDirect card? I have it sitting
  14. on my desk waiting to be read. I notice there is a phone
  15. number for something called the Personal Peripheral Assist
  16. Line (208)323-2551 listed on page C-1. Perhaps they can
  17. help. Unfortunately, I have no first-hand experience
  18. installing the card, but I do know that it has two modes:
  19. Remote Printer Mode and Queue Server Mode. Since you mention
  20. that you want it serviced by the print server, the card
  21. should be set up for Remote Printer Mode. If set up in
  22. Queue Server Mode, the printer acts as its own print server.
