  14. My school is using an old Gateway Inc. comm server package called G/Async II.
  15. The version is 2.07.  It is an ACS2 clone which uses Network Data Products'
  16. NCSI software, version 1.15.  For some inexplicable reason, the comm server
  17. keeps dropping off the network with no error messages to give a clue why.  I
  18. am wondering if anyone has used this product or if anyone can point me in
  19. the right trouble-shooting direction.

  21. We are on an ethernet network using 3.11.  We have no sophisticated tools to
  22. aid us in trouble-shooting.  I imagine more info will be needed to suggest a
  23. fix but I don't want to create a lot of traffic on the list if there is no
  24. way to help.
