  16. the part of the Europeans to participate in the problems in Bosnia.

  18. CAn someone explain to me the reasons for the reluctance -- and the
  19. justification for that reluctance.

  21. Perhaps I do not know the facts, but I find it difficult to understnad
  22. why Europeans are reluctant to become involved in what appears obviously
  23. to be a European problem.  Is part of the reason...  Wait... I will not
  24. speculate.  Instead I will wait for the responses.
