  13. We found the same problem. The problem appears to be using the FULLSCR NOREAD
  14. stage in pipes when running in XA/ESA mode through vtam. I understand there
  15. is a fix for this from IBM but do not know what it is.

  17. I was able to work-around the problem by adding "DIAG58" option to each
  18. FULLSCR stage in each pipe. This keeps the error msgs from appearing but
  19. the status lines normally displayed when gopher is doing something ( waiting
  20. for connection... etc.) do not display.
