  16. 1992 has been a very exciting and successful year for me - we finally
  17. could start the History Network initiative, and we hope to get it
  18. ready until Summer 1993. Electronic communication has become even
  19. more widely spread and used in our profession, and I think this
  20. process will become faster and faster in the next years.
  21.  
  22. Anyway, let me wish you a very happy and merry Christmas and a Happy
  23. New Year - or whatever holiday you may have in this time of the year.
  24. Let us hope that our world will become more peaceful than it has been
  25. this year, and let us not forget those who suffer from plagues, from
  26. famine or war.
